A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME

Yoga became a regular part of my life when I was completing my dance degree. At first it was a way to maintain flexibility and strength, however, the more I practiced, the more benefits I saw. Yoga is now part of my routine, whether it be a 10 minute stretch or a challenging 90 minute class. I am now a 200 hour qualified yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance International, and I hope that through my classes I can help others to feel the benefits that yoga can have. 

Yoga allows us a break from the stresses of everyday life and gives us the opportunity to focus on only ourselves. Whether you want to move your body, find time to breathe, or be more present, I hope you’ll benefit from my practice.
